3-4 medium potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1-2 tsp your favourite Garlic Seasoning
1 cup grated cheese (like marble)
Wash and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in microwavable container and cook on high about 3 minutes per potato. Shake every 2-3 minutes to ensure even cooking. Continue to cook 1 minute at a time until done, if necessary. Potatoes are done perfectly when they start to break up when shaken. Mash potatoes with fork, and add sour cream, Garlic and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
